Fridays for Climate | Ahead of COP27 - Support to adaptation

🌿 From 6 to 18 November 2022, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, will host the 27th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP27). GCCA+ experts express their views on what could happen.

"On adaptation finance, the EU intends to remain a global leader. For the 2021 to 2027 period, it aims to dedicate 35 % of its external cooperation budget to climate-relevant expenditures (adaptation and mitigation).”
